School Library Journal Review

YA The authors clearly and concisely describe the structure and operations of the Communist Party. In this good overview, each aspect of the Communist political system is compared and contrasted for the U.S.S.R., Eastern Europe, and China. The information is simplified, and readers can gain knowledge of how policy can be formulated. (c) Copyright 2010. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
